Richard Cole
M.D.

Dr. Cole received his medical degree from the University of South Alabama in 1983. Residency in Family Practice was at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Gadsden, Alabama. Following residency, he served five years in the US Air Force, 1st TAC Fighter Wing, Langley AFB, Virginia. His last year of service included deployment with Langley’s air transportable hospital in support of operation Desert Storm.
He has over 35 years of experience in the field of medical science. He is board-certified in by the American Academy of Family Practice and a Fellow of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators.
He moved to Tennessee in 1991, establishing his first office in Decherd, TN. The practice was later moved to its present location in Tullahoma, in 1996.
